The mission of Spring Creek Utility District is to provide safe drinking water to our customers. It is also our goal to provide quality customer service to those we interact with. We will do this by managing with integrity and upholding the standards set forth in our policies.

Please call the office at (731) 658-6559. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
NOTICE: According to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 68-221-708(c), utilities have to notify the Department of Environment and Conservation and the Department of Health of our intention to cease fluoridation 30 days prior to any vote. The vote to cease fluoridation(adding fluoride to water) will take place March 9th at 6 p.m. at the Bolivar City Council Meeting. All Bolivar water customers will be notified on their water bills starting next week. The City of Bolivar encourages any input from our customers on this matter at the meeting. Spring Creek Utility purchases water from Bolivar so this applies to SCUD customers as well.

We offer the ability to pay your bill online, as well as over the phone through our automated IVR system. To pay online, simply click the Pay Online button located at the top right of the page. To pay by phone, you can call the automated system at (731) 792-9888.
